Ama-enzyme: Angama-catalyst ebhayoloji e-macromolecular, ama-enzyme amaningi angamaprotheni.

Ama-Transaminase: Uhlobo lwama-enzyme avuselela ama-amino adlulisa phakathi kwama-amino acid nama-keto acid. Ama-Transaminase angama-enzyme abalulekile ebhayoloji ekwakhiweni okungalingani kanye nokuxazululwa kwe-racemic kwama-chiral amines.
Ama-aminotransferase angahlukaniswa ngezigaba ezine ngokuya ngokulandelana kanye nesakhiwo: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ kanye no Ⅳ. Ama-ω-aminotransferase angaphansi kwama-transaminase ekilasi II, avame ukusetshenziswa ekulungiseleleni ama-chiral amines nama-amino acid angewona awemvelo, njenge-β-amino acids.
